The choral evening was held at the Beverley Leisure Complex on Friday 8 December 2006 and the Beverley Male Voice Choir entertained civic dignitaries from all over the region, along with councillors, officers, and supporters of the Choir.  Councillor Parnaby said:  "It was a tremendous evening, enjoyed by everyone and I am delighted that we also raised a substantial sum for the Chairman's Charity Appeal."

Simon Taylor, said:  "We are always happy to help local charities and we were pleased to be involved on this occasion."
